This is a very nice mobile home - it's a Dutch built mobile home, built in 1998, so its still fairly new. Six inch walls, so it's well insulated. It's 16x68. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms. Separate shower and garden tub in the master bath. Brand new septic system, new electric range, and new dishwasher. Central heat and air, with a wood stove for backup (which we haven't used yet). Quite cozy. We have a Direct TV satellite dish and DSL for the computer. Most of the property is fenced with hog wire and t-post fencing, 4 feet high. Enough for a cow, or a pony, or dogs. My dogs tend to roam free; I just like to have them inside the fence at night.All the appliances stay - Refrigerator, new electric range, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
What you see is fenced now (for the dogs at night). We do have a variety of wildlife around here - deer, coyote, armadillo, box turtles, and a whole slew of God's creatures.
